Jeremy realised that providing a personal service to look after the client post sale and onwards, would fill an important niche in the market.

The founders have almost 40 years' experience of working in the Telecommunications industry between them. After working with various telecommunications companies in senior management roles in the wholesale carrier market, Jeremy Ross (Founder and CEO), observed a huge opportunity. He saw the potential of not only being a reseller in the SMB market – as that had been done many times before,  but rather, the opportunity of dealing with SMB’s who had been badly handled by many telecom companies.

Historically a NASDAQ listed company in the USA, UniverCell was an industry leading international phone rental company in the mobile rental arena. UniverCell has had thousands of satisfied customers who have consistently used their service. UniverCell then diversified and expanded into the UK as a separate financial company over eight years ago, offering businesses a low cost, high quality service where the aim was to look after the client. This contrasted to the many companies who were after as many customers as possible with the sole intention of selling them off for a quick profit.

He achieved this through a team of personal account managers who are ultimately managing the accounts at the back office; allowing Jeremy to ensure that all the clients’ needs are tended to at the front office. Whilst price was always going to be the important factor, the follow up service was going to come a close second.

This special level of service has allowed clients of UniverCell to know that they are in safe hands.

Customers know that they can always reach Jeremy, and if he is unavailable then a dedicated and intelligent customer service team are on hand to deal with their queries. Customers are left satisfied. From the outset, Jeremy realised that clients wanted to be spoken to in a polite, yet straight forward manner.

The greatest compliment a client can say to us is, “I trust you”.
